She made debut her acting career with Church kid’s role in the film Pilots in 2000, and she appeared as a child artist on her first television show Santhana Gopalam in 2004. Suresh is very famous for her Savitri’s role in the Telugu film Mahanati in 2018, and for which she won the National Film Award and Filmfare Award for Best Actress in Telugu. She completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, and then she joined Pearl Academy, Chennai. Suresh belongs to a south Indian Hindu family.
